G.SKill 2GB HV will be soon available at Newegg.com. The Official release is just began.
I don't know the exact price, I will ask G.S Technician for the price.
What I do know is that they will be more expensive then 2GB HZ, but aggresive priced.

this looks like avarage HX. I've seen those hit higher frequencies at cas 2.5. Got a pair myself, can't test them untill my x1900 xt arrives.

I dunno if they will reach ddr550 (275mhz) using those 3-3-2-5 timmings. CE-5 usually does that when you change the timmings to 3-4-4-8.

Some1 buy these and let see how well they do

why would changing the binned speed from 166mhz to 200mhz out of the fab completely change how the chips react to timings?

Thats the way the chips are look @ the stock SPD timmings in his pictures. 3-4-4-8

that just burn-in SPD by gskill
if you have a SPD writer, you can burn in 1000 1-1-1-1 if you want to

FYI people have managed >DDR550 with CE-5/6 before using 3-3-2 so i don't see where the problem is.

there's no physical difference between -5 & -6 and SPD also doesn't matter... in fact, the more 'loose' SPD timings are, the better. less chance of troublesome initial boot due to incompatibility (or something similar) on certain boards.

same for me in my 3d test....do you think you'll have some adjustment to go further 270 mhz barrier (and wait to newst chip for sale ?)

But this time, DDR500 is guaranteed. Besdides. CE-5 gives some hope for better OCing... PC3200ZX has not been doing too well lately, as far as headroom goes. So this can be nice replacement for those that like buying G.Skill memory
