Is it possible to unlock the 4 extra pipes on the 7800GT?

I have read in another forum that someone reckons this is possible...

by: going into Rivatuner, Processor Details, and editing the bit positions of different bios settings, in particular the one which said 'Pixel Pipe 0', which was the set of 4 disabled pixel pipes.

Is this true?

Is some one playing silly's

Noper its not possible. nVidia lasercut the pipes.
