    Geil Value Ram - UTT?

here are some pics and info:

    White sticker number
    pn1250-sn5001473

    Text on chips:
    Geil
    ampa0509
    gl3lc32g88tg-5a

    brain power pcb # b6u808

    Ram serial:
    ge5123200lsc
    2.5-4-4-8

I might be seeing things but the winbond dimples seemed to be wiped off, u can see some of the outlines of the dimples faintly on some of the chips. The metal markings on the top are there tho. again not sure if im seeing things or not. Also I cannot test these as I do not have a motherboard that will do more than 2.9vdimm.

Take new pics and let us know where you got them from. Also get them into a machine and give them some volts!

camera is no good, i cant get the stuff to show up better, in the pic with the white label u can see near the top the metal markings that are usually on winbond chips. Also I cant throw any volts at it cause first my nf7s is being shipped back to me and its comming in on tues. Second my fortron 530w doesnt allow for the vdimm=vio mod to work correctly. Third i have no other motherboard capable of higher voltages. I bought the geil from outpost.

If it can do 185mhz 2-2-2-5 or higher at 2.9v it is probably ch-5 UTT or bh-5 UTT.

I got the same stuff for $125 for 2x512s. it is indeed TCCD, AFAIK. Runs same timings and speeds as some other TCCD i have.
Also does not seem to respond to higher volts as well as UTT.
