    Molecular dynamics have tremendious boost from the 64-bit due to the extra 8 GPRs in the SSE/SSE2 couple with shorter pipeline in A64 compare as to Prescott.
    Your result is TWICE FASTER!!! I think prescott will have a hard time coping due to its horrible branch mis-prediction.
    I did run our lab coded molecular dynamics with 5 times boost!!!!!! from 32 to 64-bit on SuSe Linux. It blows me off man.
