There it is! BH-5 is back again!

    Here they are:

    TwinMOS DDR400 CL2,5 BH-5

    Production Date 07/2005

    Same PCB as Speed Premium

2nd cpuz window shows mismatch - its 2-2-2-5-7 1T in real
    DFI nForce4 Ultra-D, Bios 218
    3000+ Winchester
    TwinMOS DDR400 CL2,5 @ 2,6V/2,66V (Bios/Real) @ 2-2-2-5

First quick results on above mentioned platform:

    2x512MB @ FSB250 2-2-2-5-7- 1T @ 3,36V

Watch out for 1A4T (new production started Week7/05)
    in product code.
These are brand new so donĀ“t expect them to be alreay in masses everywhere
Arrived in Germany last thursday and first couples of hundreds already sold out to distribution channels.

    Where and how much?

How do these sticks do in 2 x 512MB operation with 1T?

When is this stuff on sale and is it going to have a product name that we can identify it by other than a part number?

Sorry for all the questions, but you are going to get loads like this

But if these are on BP PCB's...which I assume they are, than the average oc's should have risen. However without speed binning I suppose there will be sets that just plain suck, just as there will be sets doing 270MHz with 3.4v.

    That's great, thanks

Edit: I see you have edited your first post, thanks. But it would be nice to know where this is going to be available in the UK? If you don't know that is fair enough. It's just a pity that these sticks aren't going to have a different brand name to go with the different part number.

Good news alonso ... so we are looking for some Twinmos mems with the Product Number with "1A4T" + the ending "4" in the week stepping?
is their price expected to change from the current UTT DDR 400 twinmos mem?

are they going to be limited in production ?
if this is your first night in xtremesystems,
    you have to overclock.

atm they come on regular twinmos so price should be very interesting

could also be coming ddr450 speed premium based on these in the future but not sure.

i have no info about available quantities - ask winbond

    1A4T is the magic number

looks like the King is back

Ummmm I don't see how this is any better than the AA4T chips..... 250Mhz @ 3.36v is exactly what the other chips can do.

    BH5 can't run CAS3, only CAS 1.5, 2, and 2.5
    Same with this?

All I want to know is when will newegg be getting them. I want some before they get sold out. Will these be replacing the current utt's or will these be different. Will twinmoss still be selling the ch-5 too?
