And another new board to play with ;-)

I really can't say what board this is but its a beta sample. What i can show is the killer memory performance it has compared to what i have seen with NF4.

There will be more, this is VX, my EB does even better.
now my final cpu speed is not that high and im only at 260fsb so please concentrate more on the unbuffered sandra and the everest write scores....the everest is up there with DDR2 800

Unbuffered sandra is sweet and i fully expect to see 4k unbuffered with the EB.The killer bench is Everest writes here though

Im sure 12x260 or so would be incredible, the EB does 280 ish and it gets even better async with the HTT faster...

There is an option in bios for bank interleaving...you see it working here

Without giving away the mnfr, can we assume that we will see an ATI board that actually supports overclocking in retail channels?

    Thanks

    Hmm.. I like I like...

Wow, it looks like even though the next few months will be quiet on the CPU and Video card front, it's becoming more and more obvious it's going to be a great time for motherboards.

Bigtoe, why aren't you getting better write speeds on NF3/4's?
    Mine does 3150mbs with crappy TCCD @ 260x10 1:1.
I see alot of peeps with thier write speeds lower than mine on the same board with same timings?
I doubt it's any kind of glitch, it's been the same results with the last 3-4 new OS's.

This is why I want the DFI to have bank interleaving. I doubt it will however.

I wonder if this is a DFI based ATI chipset board? Hmmm... wondering if I should hold off on the Lanparty and get an ati chipset.

Well these are some pretty amazing numbers here. Looks like ati hinted enough that it is an ati based board.

I cant wait. Would love to have an all ati system over the nf3. Beeng wanting ati to coem out with a worth chipset.

Very interesting results. Will be nice to see what the ATI Chipset(s) are capable of, and what the mobo manufacturers will give us as options with these boards.

Wow.....would that mean that ATI has resolved it's issues with the South Bridge, unless they are utilizing Uli's ummm I wonder ? Beta board...ummm....probably not out for a few months then...crap can't wait any longer.

On thing for sure, certainly seems to hold ground against nvidia at first look.

I don't understand, what's the difference between the unbuffered and buffered benchmarks? Are they any kind of indications on real world performance?

The latest DFI nForce4 BIOS DOES add bank interleaving.
