I'm sure it's a nice board, but the OC features including Vcore can't compare to DFI.

It would be a little more informative if the high clocks were done with 2*512 instead of 2*256

well the DFI is for people who are going to be using winbond ram chips chips basically, but for an air cooled, or maybe even water cooled, tccd system, the MSI will be just fine.

but personally i'm getting the DFI.

The problem with the MSI board is the very limited Vcore options for winchesters. Those who don't want to Vmod straight out of the box are most likely going to go with the DFI, as it is an outstanding overclocker and also has PCIe slots when using SLI.

The Diamond does not have any PCIe slots when using SLI, and that might be a problem for many users who would like to see their board last longer than 1 year.
In short, both AMD and NVIDIA discovered that their next-generation graphics cards are superior to each others' last-generation graphics cards.

    Windwithme,
If you account any problems with your closet no longer being able to shut due to a pile of hardware i'm well prepared to lend a helping hand.

Nice review, don't you have 2 PCI-E cards to test SLI mode?

That's original Voodoo magic. Well almost.

I've been following you guys putting these boards through their paces. You peeps squeeze every ounce of performance you can wrestle from these. Keep up the great work.
