    that's some scary stuff there! Dothans seem to be faster clock for clock than the A64s , judging by the 3dmark and aquamark runs.

    Yes, a FX55 on a fully modded Gigabyte/MSI with 2V on the core and a FSB well over 250 could surely go there, but what if you stuck it into an Aopen board, feeded it with 1.42V and went by FSB172?

    If I were AMD i would be sorta afriad.....I wouldn't be losing my mind yet..since I mean..I don't think Intel will sell these 3.1ghz chips with LN lol

    Well, if DFI released some amazing P-M board i think i would be kinda afraid.. Think of the silent and fast barebones that could be made.. Damn, these chips would own in a laptop...

    they already own in a laptop...unless you get one of them LV A64s that are ok, but nothing more the still the P-M owns in the Laptop market. I have to say its one of the best processors that are for the laptop.
