learn A.K.A JP
wooohooooooo!!!
That's sooooo silly-fast! 19s sPi 1M if he runs it??? Rockin and rollin' with the MSI K8N Neo2!!!
AMD must love him, showing how a AFX can pull clock speeds higher than intels speeds. Yeah, everyone around here knows memesama does alot of work to get clocks this high, but the average buyer has no idea.
For those of you about to post:
holy whatever...
who was it that has posted recently something along the lines of "3.8g on an athlon fx(55) is not possible anytime soon?" . guess with the coming chips we'll probably see some suicide screenies of 3.9 or even 4.0 g (next stepping).
omg, great stuff now to the orb he must go
/edit incoherent blabbering...
well let's at least pretend i can post real sentences if i want to...

Awesome OC, indeed, but it is an OVERCLOCK. Most higher-end Prescotts can hit that clock speed, and without LN.Originally Posted by craig588
Of course, it's apples-oranges, but come on, your post is a little misleading.
And let's not start some AMD-Intel debate, because I do not care. I am platform agnostic. I'd buy a chip made by Hitler or bin laden if it suited my needs.

That was the point, it is what someone that doesn't know anything about computers would think.

but a PressHOT won't be that fast with 4,5GHz

Soon 4 Ghz AMD Power Would love to se a SuperPi at that speed he is running there........
woaaaaaa
christ-. Stagering speed from that crazy dude. Anyone smelling 4ghz?
"M-I-A"
GOOD LORD THAT IS FAST! That strained silicon is definately showing us overclockers some serious lovin! Can't wait till the they can perfect the 90nm chips so we can see yields high enough to be fx chips. The fact that he got 3.8ghz on a 130nm AMD chip is incredible! If anyone would have predicted it would hit this speed while still on this process they would have gotten flamed. This is truly amazing, but I'm not surprised that memasama was the one to do it. Congrats!

bad frequency at superpi with LN2, like his FX-53, there is a problem, 3052MHz in air at 25-45°C and only 500MHz+ with LN2 and -115 -130°C
weird
Macci has this problem with his P4 3.6E --> 6050-6100 and 5400 with superpi
