Talking How "Xtreme" are you?? Post Pics of your System, and show us.

    just something purely for fun.
I would be curious to see what other xtreme systems 3dmark team members really work with, just for fun.
nothing serious, just abit to see whos the most insane with thier computer around.

so, post your Pics, if you can, I think it would be fun to see who's working with what.
post a 3dmark score or two if you can.

True. THat is by far one of the coolest (literally) rigs ive ever seen. Excellent job.

btw, did watercooling the ati mem chips give much extra speed?

Sorry my friend.even running -27c coolant though the memory coolers it made no differance at all.i have since removed the liquid cooled mem cooler and replaced them with heat sinks.

yea i was alittle extreeme on that project.but that one was a baby compaired to my new one I am working on.i know LN2 guys think they have the advantage......but they better watch out.i checked today and my freezed is being shipped and due to me next thursday.it will reach -121f temps stock.i have to tear it down for parts to start my latest baby.

i will keep every one posted.

i have a pic at home where the lines are frosted over running -27c.maybe tonight i will replace the pic with the current one.

ok thats pretty much what I thought about the ramchips. Wish they would still use the older memchips on these things as those suckers really loved the cold temps (got my old GF3 mem from 575 to 660MHz by using water+pelt on it, and the ram on my original GF3 went from 545 go 645MHz when I cooled it down w/ dryice).

    Cool

    Kunaak

I'm around my friend I apologize to all because I can't upload the following pics and have them all in one post...so I'll make multiple posts with pics. Since aquiring the Rev 1 NF7-S I've been doing my testing soley on air. With dual channel DDR running at high FSB....great performance can be had on air with a highly overclocked videocard aboard. I've had great success as has our friend macci as witnessed by his great 2003 scores with his AMD under 2500Mhz. Once I get my hands on a Barton I'll put it all back in the Prommy. It's hanging out of the Prom as I'm using the PSU thats in the case. First up is a pic of my entire workstation.

    Cool

Next up is the custom R-22 chiller I created from what was originally a Movin' Cool portable 10,000 BTU air conditioning unit. The evap is plumbed into an old 16 gallon Metal Coleman picnic cooler which is filled with 16 gallons of 50/50 mix of Texaco Dex-Cool and distilled water. The -30c average mixture is pumped via a Danner 750 GPH mag drive pump to my Swifty MCW50T, plus I have a second set of lines available for future use, ie: northbridge cooling etc. Built this in January 2002, apltly dubbed " MrIcee"

Just a touch MickeyMouse....I had only been running maybe 10 minutes when I shot that pic this afternoon. I usually have between 1/8 to 1/4" of frost buildup after a couple hours of benching.

    Well this is embarassing. :p

There is a bootleg chiller I made

Here is a solid block of copper. That is a 156W pelt at 12v with -20C coolant.

There is a GF4. Was a great card. It had excellent overclocking memory, especially after mod.

There is how I ran my computer for most of last summer.
