i only had them shortly on DFi nF4... but it is BH-5 so we should forget about all this how much V and how high thingy which everybody in the meantime should already know...

    @HKPolice

difference to CH-5 UTT lies in low voltage timings

Difference between utt and CH5 is UTT don't hate desynch , Ch5 hate that.

    Same with this?
I would have to agree. It is good for low fsb systems though that want to run 2 2 2. So will the current AA4t still be produced or phazed out and eventually speed premium will have bh-5 chips also?

What exactly do you mean? BH5 can run 2-2-2 timings @ 200Mhz with 2.5v, is that the only diff?

Didn't you say that they will come as DDR450 to save us from searching for specific codes ?

i could imagine that in future speed premium ddr400 will remain based on ch-5 and we could see a speed premium ddr450 in future with BH-5 ones. But as long as they can be found on the cheap regular TwinMOS DDR400 who cares

So why are other manufacturers like Corsair/Kingston/Mushkin/OCZ buying the same UTT BH-5 chips and making heaps of $ off them? Still too rare?

Quite frankly I'm a little disapointed, other than running low voltage, low speed, low latency, there is nothing better about this BH5 revival. If you're gonna run 'xtreme voltage' ram at 2.6v, then you're just wasting money.

    I was expecting 260-270Mhz 2-2-2 @ 3.3v.

    hmmm

    Im scratching my head....

I have the UTT "CH5's" right here. These perform better than any CH5 I've ever seen. They blow my BH5 out of the water frankly.

So maybe "new" BH5 would be as better than old as the CH5 is better than old. We shall see.

Now I REALLY dont know what will show up in the next Newegg box, 3 sets of 1G coming and I dont know whether to hope they are AA4T or 1A4T

I just want 4x 512M sticks that run 250Mhz 8,2,2,2.0 at 3.480V like this pair of 512M sticks Im typing on do.

if there's gonna be a ram that does 260-270fsb 2-2-2-5 with 3.3v it could just be bh-4 I think

There should be no Bh-4 hitting to retail market If I am right.
I might be wrong, but Dh-5 will be there soon.

so the bh-5 is in the plain twinmos cl2.5 pc3200 modules, dated post week 7 year 05. and the twinmos speed premium is "ch-5" on speed premium, which should be 100% ch-5 in what weeks of 04? i thought you had said that it was week 48 alonso, but you said that a while back so i probably forgot.
