Hardware:
i7 6700K, overclocked to 4.7GHz 100% stable in Prime, x264, etc etc etc
ASRock Z170 Extreme7+ (memory max speed is 3866 with 1 stick, 3600 with 2 sticks)
GSkill F4-4133C19D-16GTZKW memory

So I have had the memory for 5-6 months now and had problems from day 1. I managed to get the RAM stable at 3200MHz, and it can even be stable at 3300MHz. The problem is, any higher than 3300 and the system will fail to post more than half the time. However, when the system does post it is 100% stable in all tests every single time. No issues whatsoever. This leads me to believe the problem is more of a training and bios setting auto values issue than an actual stability problem with the memory.
I just recently got a 2nd kit of the memory because I needed some more RAM. Unfortunately, I have found that I cannot get the system to post even once with all 4 sticks installed. Even with a cleared cmos, even with manually set speed of 2133MHz. So that is where I am now. I am not trying to get these to run at 4133 speeds, I realize that is not a possibility on this motherboard. I got the memory because I wanted to try to see how high I could get it and also to "grow into it" with my next motherboard. I had gotten a deal on it at the time for $160. Anyway. I am really trying to get these 4 sticks stable at only 3400 or maybe 3600 at best. heck Id even settle for 3200 with all 4 sticks. I have read every forum thread and random post I could find about overclocking memory at these higher speeds and mixing kits even of the same exact ones rather than buying a 4 stick binned kit, and all that stuff. Still stuck and would really like some suggestions and help with some ideas to try and get these stable.
Some of the things I have tried:
On HWBot forum there is a nice informative thread about many of the common issues trying to run high memory speeds. The first point in the thread talks about stability at 3600 and above. In it, the person says TRDWR_sg TRDWR_dg and TRDWR_dr + TRDWR_dd need to be set the same as CAS Latency when going 3600+ speeds. I have tried this, however the system will not post at all even down at 2133 speeds when I do this trick. This leads me to believe setting TRDWR_sg TRDWR_dg and TRDWR_dr + TRDWR_dd to 19 is invalid for either these sticks or this motherboard.
Further down it is mentioned that some sticks need to have TRDWR_sg TRDWR_dg and TRDWR_dr + TRDWR_dd set as high as 21 to reach higher speed stability. I tried this as well and it also results in no post no matter what speed.

I am not really well versed in the whole Samsung D-die, E-die, etc but it looks like these are B-die chips?
