ASUS R9 280X DirectCU II is not factory overclocked

I bought 2 days ago this card. The GPU clock runs at 1000Mhz, but it should be 1070Mhz. Am I missing something or Asus screw this up?

015.039 bios i think it's using for 280x's.015.032(probably newest) for 7970's.maybe they wrote on box's first and flash cards later.don't worry it's solid bios not like 015.020's crap you can set 1070 but i'm using 955/1375 powercolor 7970oc default and you don't have to set 1070 imho but if you must you can set +%20 power setting max in ccc and card can 1125 without voltage raise or asus realling screwing someting like using bad gpu because i can set 1200 at first try and no voltage lock.you should worry about this not the brouchure.

I found out what is the problem: I have the R9280X-DC2-3GD5 version which is not factory overclocked. Only the R9280X-DC2T-3GD5 version is factory overclocked.

same car different name.i don't think you can hit the 1200 mhz daily because asus using bad gpu in 7000 series.what happen in 2011?amnesia in 2012 fall but i have 2010 asus 6850 v1 6pin hit 1044 mhz but v2 have 2 6pin and voltage lock and worst oc thing in 6850's i've ever seen.this can not be couincidence because i can't see superb asus model since this v2 thing.i'm talking about for mortal models but other models can kiss my pwc's gpu and bios.asus is done for me both vga and mb for amd.
