Depends entirely on the product and how quick couriers are at delivery. It'll probably be dealt with by the NL office. Usual guidelines really, I'd expect 1-4 weeks.

Foxconn RMA dept themselves are excellent - be honest and polite and they'll bend over backwards for you.

That's not long. Asus for example have taken up to 3 months to rma stuff for me in the past. If you go direct to manufacturer it takes longer. If you go to the retailer they usually swap it with a working one off the shelf for you then send it off for testing to the manufacturer. Retailer should always be your first point of contact, after that manufacturer.

Yup, I agree. I sent them a Bloodrage with bent pins (my fault) and they sent me a new board free of charge. 2 weeks from NL .... I'm in Belgium.

I think the point was you should be grateful you're not looking as months then as can frequently be the case with other companies .

Foxconn have easily the best RMA service in the motherboard industry. All you need is your serial number, they take care of the rest.

Really though if its going to have to be sent international then you're at the mercy of all sorts of delays.

I never really investigated Foxconn RMA before I bought my now two foxconn boards but this is very reassuring. Glad to know too that they go by the serial number!

    /hopefully I'll never need them...

When I tried to RMA my blackops 2 years ago, they required invoice. Unfortunately I bought the mobo 2nd hand so I was SOL. Most RMA's I've done did not require invoice.

I RMAed a failed B2 stepping Sandy Bridge ITX motherboard and didn't have to send in the old board and had the replacement within 5 working days (NL -> UK). Absolutely brilliant service over all.
