New Command & Conquer -
From Games.on.net -
"In the U.S., last weekend was a long weekend – the President’s Day holiday, and over said long weekend someone at EA made a bit of a boo-boo. Konami might be facepalming over their own reveal-accident woes, but they’ve since been outdone by the fact that an entire website devoted to the new Command & Conquer suddenly appeared and then disappeared. Heck, its Google cache page is right there if you missed it.
It seems EA have put together a new sub-studio called Victory Games, who are now charged with handling the mega-corp’s entire strategy division. Former Ncsoft and New World Computing veteran Jon Van Caneghem is heading up development, and there’s even a brief PR-licked interview with him still standing in the cache where he reveals that Victory Games’ first project will be a “AAA Command & Conquer game [for the PC].”"

A new game in the works called Battle: Los Angeles is currently under development. Battle: Los Angeles was classified on February 18th and is being dollied up by Saber Interactive, who you might know from such games as TimeShift.

Don't really game anymore these days but where the hell is DOOM 4 at?
Now that I am definitely interested in!
SuperMicro X8SAX
Xeon 5620
12GB - Crucial ECC DDR3 1333
Intel 520 180GB Cherryville
Areca 1231ML ~ 2~ 250GB Seagate ES.2 ~ Raid 0 ~ 4~ Hitachi 5K3000 2TB ~ Raid 6 ~
Been trying to find out more information about HL 3 or HL 2 episode 3 but Valve won't reveal anything. Don't get me wrong, a lot of interesting games are coming out but the half life series are just above the rest in my opinion!
Bulletstorm, only just started playing, but verrry cool. Fun factor to me of at least 10/10... for now. Guess the challenge will be the continuation and longevity of finding the fun in all ways of killing the enemies.
[Edit]
Well that is once you iron out a few small bugs with getting it running. Just using the PhysX files from your PC and chucking them into the game directory. Plus disabling the mouse smoothing, also adjusting the FOV to taste.

DX11 Source 2 perhaps...
Valve's DX11 engine better blow our minds. They don't need to rush cause of all the free money they're getting from Steam but they have had a lot of time to work on it so it should be impressive whenever it drops.
Bought Bulletstorm and it is really good but i am having problems with full blown graphics and max AA/AF. Also there are bugs with the controls, sometimes they stop responding in high action scenes.
Coming Soon
This is going to be one VERY expensive year

Tell me about it, and 10 of them are due to come out next month (March).
When is Max Payne 3 due? Wasn't it supposed to be March?

Just finished Bulletstorm, very fun and addictive game, that doesn't wear thin towards the end like I thought it might. The ending sort of leaves it open to a possible sequel. One can only hope :-)
36 games on my to buy list, at R399/game (US$57) that's R14,364 (US$2,052) that I'll be spending on games in the next year Stop complaining about games being US$40 over there If those were the prices here, I'd save US$612 on the above
EDIT: Eleven bolded non-negotiable buys, the rest depend on reviews and demos (I'm trying to make it easier on my wallet )

I maintain a list like this on another forum and I figure I'll just copy-paste it here, hope OP doesn't mind, it is kind of redundant.

Hey Kuhla, nice list. Care to elaborate why Mass Effect 3 is in the RPG category? I think even Rage has more RPG elements than ME...
My friends and I feel like when we play ME it can be described as "you are playing an interactive movie with some combat bits thrown in," more of playing a role than anything else.
To be fair to Rage I haven't followed it that closely but so far it seems like an open world shooter with a quest system. I guess I should go read up on it more.
In terms of other stuff in a similar situation... Hunted: The Demon's Forge might be more suited to First/Third Person Shooter/Action, need to read up on it more, and Witcher 2 might be more suited to Role Playing / Adventure but it does have such a strong combat focus this time around I dunno....

Give me Duke Nukem, Crysis 2 and Doom 4!
i7 920 D0 / Asus Rampage II Gene / PNY GTX480 / 3x 2GB Mushkin Redline DDR3 1600 / WD RE3 1TB / Corsair HX650 / Windows 7 64-bit
I'm guessing Doom 4 will be talked about at QuakeCon 2011, August 4 - 7th.
