Hello,
I have an ASUS C90S, running windows 7 64bit, E7500, 9600M GT.
The cooling is made by 4 fans (Delta), so that should be very good.
But the fans are under control of the CPU's temperature, only.
So, if your E7500 is running rather cool, your 9600M GT may be too hot, and the fans will not spin on .
Some guys have made mods of the heatsinks, or drilling holes in the backplate, or/and using notebook coolers.
I've drilled holes and got a Zalmann cooler.
I've now an idea :
Could it be possible to tweak the CPU's temperatures values ?
So that if you add +10°C, or 20°, or 30°C the fans will be running at high or full speed, instead of iddle.
And that is exactly what we want.
But I'm not be able to do such, I'm not a computer engineer .
So do you think it is possible to do ?
And how to do ?
Or perhaps [dream on] someone as already make almost the same work [/dream off] ?
Thanks alot.
