well its 32 bit,Q6600,2 ddr2 ram dont no other spec on the ram,and its vista.and how do i set vista?

Something is wrong, no doubt. You have no system specs showing up on the pcmark05 screen. Do you have version 1.2.0?
Press "Details" and check if one of the tests failed to run & let us know.

Start by uninstalling PC Mark05, then restart the PC, then download and install the latest version of PC Mark05 in another folder ( not the default folder ).
Restart the PC, re-install Windows Media Encoder 9 and try again.
