    yes - I believe it is rather easy to dispute/report score though then it asks for a reason and that was blank... so a slip is most likely, just the wording caught me off guard.

    Someone reported your score...demiurg (a mod at HWbot) then checked the reported score and found it valid...thus it was "checked by a moderator" if he found it invalid or suspiciuos...the email would have said "blocked"

    Everything peachy

    A language difference showing here, all you need to care about is the 'checked by moderator' part, thats good and means he verified your score. Anyone can report a score @ hwbot, makes for a bit of work for the moderation crew.

    quite a bit yey!
    we had about 1500+ reported scores in the database 2 weeks ago, some going back to early 2007; I persuaded Richbastard to free up some time to write up a moderation tool for us little mods so we can check per application the amount of results reported, what they are reported for (hardware not matching, missing verification, invalid checksum, etc etc) and then we attacked the list; Demiurg and me pretty much went through that list like a storm having 50+ tabs and windows open, verifying screenshot, scores, comparing with others, FM links , registering at forums to check the attachments, etc etc.

    the different a states a score can be in goes from excellent to bad;

    * checked by a moderator
    * reported by crew (temporary state we can put a score in while we add the hardware to the database in case it isn't already, or if the score is suspicious and needs investigation)
    * not ran at default settings because of hardware limitations (like 3DFX hardware running at 16bit)
    * insufficient verification for rankings (missing info in screenshot, no FM link for TOP 20)
    * deleted by request of member (obvious)
    * not ran at default settings
    * deleted on request
    * insufficient verification (no screenshot/proof of the score)
    * incorrect submission (we encounter plenty of Pifast results in SuperPi category and vice versa)
    * impossible score at given settings. might be a cheat. (either this is a hardware mismatch, a cheat, a bugged run, etc)
    from the 1500+ 2 weeks ago, zero remain; you might have an email or plenty for every score which was reported by a HWBot user and then handled by the mods.
    the easiest ones are at the top too; the last one is never used without care, and the score usually sits in "reported by crew" before further action is taken.
