25 of August I requested a datasheet for W942508DH from Winbond.
Today I received an answer:

You were not supposed to see this.
so that means there's still development in old DDR1 technology?
that's hard to believe, everyone is moving to DDR2 nowadays
That's what Mr. Chang said.
There is still market for DDR1 after AMD goes DDR2. For example Semprons stay on S939.

Since they'd need DDR2-1000 with 10,4,4,4.0 timings just to TIE BH5's 5,2,2,2.0 250Mhz (DDR500), I'd say DDR2 has a ways to go.
GA-MA790GP-D4SH, 965BE, 3.8Ghz
Ultra120E, 4x2G Gskill 1066
2x 150G VRaptor raid, WD640AALS
8800GT 735/940/1685, LG-BluRay
4. Or maybe its DDR600 at 2-3-2-5 .
just kidding...
I STRONGLY believe that Winbond and Infineon worked lately together and thats why there are UTT's. Period.
My Personal Records:
Infineon BH-6 (1x256MB) at 290MHz [2-2-2-5] at 4.0V // CPU-Z // PIC
Infineon BH-6 (2x256MB) at 270MHz [2-2-2-5] at 3.63V // PIC // BENCH 1 // BENCH 2
Kreton UTT (1x512MB) at 270MHz at 3.35V [2-2-2-5] // CPU-Z // PIC
Infineon BH-6 (4x256MB) at 270MHz at 3.8V [2-2-2-5] // CPU-Z // BENCHMARKS
