    gigabyte p67 refund?

    how i can get my money back? i want to use refund option but seriously is it posible in turkey? i buyed my GA-P67A-UD4 from www.teknobiyotik.com and my distributor is www.arena.com.tr ..

    already opened ticket to online seller and called distributor for how to progress replacement/refund and they just keep asking me "whats problem with mainboard? want talk to technical support?"..

    they dont have idea whats p67. what can i do now?

    Well.. if theres nothing wrong with the board a refund will be tricky. If the board has a problem just RMA it to Gigabyte and tell them whats wrong.

    I'm wondering if he needs to return it due to the SATA controller issues, in which case there *should* be a mechanism in place for that.

    GB had announced "refunds" for all B2-chipset at first, and some good/smart people had posted it on this forum too. But then "somehow" they changed their mind, and offered "replacement".

    So it's not easy to get your money back, but you could always try to contact GB and push them. I personally mean Intel should give this option trough their partners, just as a good juster to cover the pain and suffering of early adopters .

    But if you want a replacement, it should come to the channels soon and even those "unaware" sellers would know it. Call them next week and they will exchange it for you.

    is it same on asus or msi side? or they still have refund option?
