    btw I still remember everybody I'm not workin on alpha timings....I think limits is over there....and no matter if you try to change to 3.3.3.8 or 3.4.4.8 and insensitive to voltage....

    3D @ DDR520 is already looking better for this kit Good job and keep pushing it for us But tighten up that TRC already

    i wouldn't call it a 'problem' but rather a feature.

    for most people its something new since they didn't OC Infineon RAM prior to their 'breakthrough' with 1GB sticks b/c both TCCD & BH/CH were far more popular on 512MB sticks.

    for the record, the RAM from my sig has Infineon CE-5 ICs (of course, lower density ones, 32M×8) and it does 250MHz 3-3-2. relaxing timings doesn't gain anything for me also...

    thanks for running the 3Dmarks, I had the same experience with my 2GB Redline....prime and spi32m stable at 270 but only 3D stable at 258, that's the nature of these Ce-5/6 and from what I've seen your 260 is better than average , not bad at all.

    change tht async and read latencys, their far too tight to try high frequency OCing on

    Hi ket....this is just the Extreme settings I tried....all the shots before were taken with "auto" settings.....so it's about 9/6 or 8/5....

    quent...did you push 280 mhz spi1m with Vdimm=3 ??
    did you boot @ 280 or clocked after in Clockgen ??

    ok....I'll try too....I just proceed going over and over booting from BIOS, and never used clockgen.
    I already tried to push to 3.0 Vdimm but still didn't boot, so i gave it up....your test confirm mine...

    Do you guys have any idea when this stuff is gonna be released to the general public? I'll soon be in the market for new ram and this stuff looks very appealing.
