btw I still remember everybody I'm not workin on alpha timings....I think limits is over there....and no matter if you try to change to 3.3.3.8 or 3.4.4.8 and insensitive to voltage....

Same "problem" with the GBZXOriginally Posted by CapFTP
i wouldn't call it a 'problem' but rather a feature.
for most people its something new since they didn't OC Infineon RAM prior to their 'breakthrough' with 1GB sticks b/c both TCCD & BH/CH were far more popular on 512MB sticks.
for the record, the RAM from my sig has Infineon CE-5 ICs (of course, lower density ones, 32MÃ8) and it does 250MHz 3-3-2. relaxing timings doesn't gain anything for me also...

Cebit is waiting....i'll update 3d next week with very strong timings..
thanks for running the 3Dmarks, I had the same experience with my 2GB Redline....prime and spi32m stable at 270 but only 3D stable at 258, that's the nature of these Ce-5/6 and from what I've seen your 260 is better than average , not bad at all.

yes i did
boot @ 270 + clockgen
ok....I'll try too....I just proceed going over and over booting from BIOS, and never used clockgen.Originally Posted by quent
I already tried to push to 3.0 Vdimm but still didn't boot, so i gave it up....your test confirm mine...
I didn't tried to boot @ 3v
Do you guys have any idea when this stuff is gonna be released to the general public? I'll soon be in the market for new ram and this stuff looks very appealing.
