Zalman7000 and other cpu coolers on x1800xt and GTX

Ok i have found a Zalman7000 now, but he only have the s478 adapter.
Will it work on my GT?

You dont need the zalman 7000 cpu adapter. You have the mounting holes in the cooler itself and you need couple of bolts, nuts, and washers to mount the cooler.

Or VF700 mountings.
