    better timing with DDR2 800 6-4-4-5 1.8v

I actually think that's not a bad price for 4 gigs. 2 gigs would cost around 200, and these combine 2 more gigs for 100 dollars more. I don't think it's a bad price. I can't wait to see better clocking 2 gig sticks. Taking too long, and it shouldn't be.

I think by "killer" he meant awesome.

And I second that, nice sticks.

i tried to overclock those kits on past 2 weeks, it doesn't take voltage, don't take CL5 on 800 or higher, only CL6-4-4 and max out at 860 CL6-5-5 1.8v
    it can't beat Micron based ram but 4GB @ 800 it is pretty good.... think about 8GB @ 800 CL6-4-4 1.8v!!

    Thanks for the fast answer.

    I might just stick to the 4 x 1GB sticks i have at 4-4-4-5 500mhz

If they were micron i would buy 2 sets straight away.

Well its good to see 2 GB sticks becoming essentially affordable at this point. I'm sure the timings will improve just like they did when 1 GB sticks were first introduced.

I wonder how Micron's development is progressing in this direction? If things continue as they have been it won't be long before we all start looking for 2 GB kits with their ICs in them.

i saw MT has 2GB per stick back to early this year in Newegg. it is non-ecc 533 CL4 fatD9. MT either stop those production or very short QTY they made.
We got many chip sample but none of them have very good timing. this is the best IC we finally decided to use

I heard I-RAM2 was cancelled, sorry

@G.Skill...good to see 4GB about to come into its own..I can live with the looser timings and poor OC, I know things will improve
