Don't know of a single 4GB kit ever made with Fatbody chips, so I really doubt that those OCZs used them.

oh sorry thats a 2x2gb kit, not a single 4gb stick.
I knew what you meant...my reply refers to "kit", hence I was referring to 2x2GB kit for a total of 4GB.
The highest speed rated fatbody that I've ever seen were the Corsair 8000ULs and I don't believe that those particular modules were even available in 2x1GB.
Again, I don't believe that there were single 2GB sticks (or 4GB kits) ever made with fatbody chips, or at least not the D9DQTs and D9DWTs which were the low latency / high clock chips.
Someone may know otherwise, but I'm reasonably sure that they weren't made.

Please note the Q&A in this auction.
Is a member of OCTeamDenmark trying to buy new fatbody RAM? Gotcha!
Well, I saw this auction myself, it's stupid the seller doesn't want to ship to Europe.

I have got Kingmax KLED48F-B8MN6 DDR2-1066 with D9LPK chips. The chips were manufactured by Micron's Taiwanese factory. JEDEC memory timings are 6-6-6-24, EPP profile is 556MHz at 6-6-6-18 2.0V.
Recently I've picked up a few sets of DDR2 seem to be a very good clocker so far, can't tell what IC they are and I was hopping to see if anyone here would beable to confirm it
