    Compared with 1GBX2 1T DDR600 and 512MBX4 2T DDR600

I think UCCC 1GBX2 DDR600 are hard to handpick and many people think DDR600 1T is always faster than DDR600 2T.

    I have DFI SLI-DR Venus and many handpick Rams. So I compared with 1GBX2 1T DDR600 and 512X4 2T DDR600.

    Ram: GeIL TCCD ES 512MBX4
    Crucial Z503 1GBX2
    GSKILL HZ 1GBX2

MB: DFI Venus , Expert and SLI-DR

    GSKILL HZ UCCC DDR600 3-4-4-8 1GBX2 1T

    Crucial Z503 DDR600 3-3-3-8 1GBX2 1T

    TCCD DDR600 2.5-3-3-5 512MBX4 2T

    TCCD DDR600 2.5-4-3-5 512MBX4 2T

What interesting, is that 4x512MB TCCD 2T seems to perform better than 2x1GB UCCC 1T... It looks like 4-way Bank Interleave (as opposed to 2-way with 2x1GB) can overcome loss of performance due to 2T.
But damn, DDR600 2T with 4 DIMMS of TCCD is sweet!!!! Great comparison, AndreYang

I think this just helps confirm though that nothing beats 2x1GB 3-3-3 1T, which is how the whole 2GB set craze really began, with that theory, which is now confirmed.

Yea, this is another reason 2x1GB is preferred. It's hard enough at times to find two sticks that clock to where you need them, nevermind four. Especially with the added heat and stress to the board and memory controller, it can become quite a task.

Andre, was any of this ram "frozen" for the testing?

    No any frozen.

    512MBX4 TCCD DDR600 2.5-4-3-5 is easy to find than DDR600 UCCC 3-4-4-8.

    If you look for 2 pairs DDR600 TCCD 2.5-4-3-5 1T, you must run in Venus 4Dimm DDR600 2.5-4-3-5 2T.

None of the boards ran 4 dimms at high HTT 1T....the RDX200 did run 4 Double Sided sticks at 1T at about DDR410 or something close to that.

High HTT just isn't going to happen with 4 dimms and 1T.
