nice results spl. I knew someone would get to do this sooner or later. It seems that the lower the temp on the cpu, the worse the mem controller. I asked OPB to give his 296 (i think) with like a 12 or 13 (if possible) multi for one spi run. He said it wasnt gonna happen because of the mem controller. I think @ around 3200 or so u could get some nice spi runs.

    definitly right for winchesters.
my last 3200+ had strange issues ~-40°C sp1m...reboots sometimes, sometimes not ^^
under 2600mhz everything was ok and I was even able to run bh5 with nice timings.
a last air cooled run showed a lot more stable proc and better ram timings
crappy little thing, hopefully i will have a better one here in 2 days

Ummm, don't you mean the other way around? I've been told that the orange slots on the DFI boards are rated for 3.5V max while the yellows are rated much higher

    Is that a question?

Condensation will most likely built up behind the chips, not a good thing if you'd ask me.
Real curious if the ram survived the event myself.

Yeah, that was a lot of condensation on there. Assuming that was during the run i would not be optimistic about the ram surviving.

There are UTT sticks, watercooled by a vodka-filled loop @ -10C.

Author promises more results after the new year because the waterblocks started leaking and he had to return the phase change unit for the CPU for the time being.

Memory at usual cooling stably worked for the author of the test on 250 at 3,25. At 3,4 she was started on 260, but stability was not observed. And suddenly such memory so has earned. There is you see a memory which works at 265 on 3,5 stably. If her(it) so to start, that can be achieved...

Hmm is that T1 or T2 , very nice sticks. hmm i think i need some dry ice on my sticks to break his record. 291mhz with cold air and only 3.8+0.3v i have much to improve , Let the hunt for 300+ begin. Hmm what mainboard do he use? , +3.3 rail on 4.03v :p

299 is 1T. 2T was possible up to 305, but the owner says it crashed before being able to open paint.

Well, I would be a bit sceptical about this result...
First of all, he needs to update CPU-Z to the latest version. Second, how about opening Everest on the Overclock Tab so we can see what memory speed it reports. 298MHz would be very, very hard to get stable for 3DM03, left alone S&M... Maybe he is on a divider?

Don't get too excited about this yet. Some additional verification is needed in this case.
