Probably at OCCT forum explain if this is possible but you must know French to read it.
LDBHE 0540XPMW
Just picked a 3800+ on one of Fry's combo specials. Stuck it in my SLI-DR and it does good in 2xSP2004 up to 2400Mhz on default vcore. But at 2420 core 1 errs, tried bumping to 1.35 + 104%= 1.404 but core1 still fails just about as quick.
I'm runing 623-3 BIOS think the 702-x or 704-x BIOS would be any better for X2 ?
then it's probably something else, like your memory. Run a divider.

Tried runing a divider. This memory has ran in this board up to 272 for months with out fail. 250 to 260 should be no sweat. I think my core one is a stinker.
CDBHE 0526UPBW
Picked it up on Fleabay for $300.00
Can't test it till I get a new mobo and video card. I've asked for gift certificates to Newegg and Monarch, so the build will have to happen after Christmas. However, this stepping is the same as njkid's, so I am expecting good things! wOOt!!!

I can run 2400MHZ @ 1.425V , 2500MHZ @ 1.5V.
Im trying to ruch 2600 but looks like it needs more than 1.55V
Is this safe? My temps @ 2600Mhz is 31idle and 43 load.
My Cpu is very vcore-thirsty :S Why?

id say try and keep it under 1.6v and 50c load. 1.65 might be okay but i think there has been at least one death at 1.65...
edit - all cpu's are vcore thirsty, lol.

Your PSU would not be helping you much, maybe time to get a better one, also set your ram @ 133 to take it out of the equation, then set HTT to 270 and every time no post take it up one notch until it boots into windoz OKOriginally Posted by Pr4y3r
After that its just a matter of fine tuning, you may still have to increase Vcore for X2 stability running in windoz
lots and lots of cores and lots and lots of tuners,HTPC's boards,cases,HDD's,vga's,DDR1&2&3 etc etc all powered by Corsair PSU's
