Should be able to break 300 pretty easily. I can hit 300 with my OCZ and this is 200 stock.

Yeah, I've memtested mine at 2.8v to 312HTT 2.5 4-4-10 1T. However system is not stable that high so the mem controller on the cpu is holding me back a little. I don't know how much higher they will go as I have not tested higher.

i also have a fan blowing at the rams.
i can memtest at low vdimm of 2.8 or 2.9 at 280htt 1:1 ratio 1T timing, but can't boot into winxp at low vdimm .

around ddr600 2.5-4-4-8 should be ok for most of them 1T

Mine did 300 2.5-4-4-7 with a 3500+ clawhammer but it will only do 220 now at 2-3-3-5 and 2.6v. I guess the mem controller just got damage, with my 3200+ venice it will do 300 at same timings but will reboot after 10-15 mins. Hope it will do better with my new toy FX55 sandy. week 440.

well if mine does 300 1T we can expect some 25secs superpi here

I'm having problems atm even with 270mhz 1T but I think that's compatibility issue (ram/board) and not the mem controller otherwise that would be kinda VERY crappy

So you need 3.2v to run your ram at 560?? That seems a little out of spec considering its 2.85at 550, what volts does it take to run at 550 stable (windows that is)

i never tried 275htt for ddr550, but i'll give it a go when i have time. at ddr560 with 3.2vdimm, memories seem ok. it didn't get hot or anything.

Just got my sticks. Well I must say, I'd be lying if I say I'm impressed.

Unless I find a magical setting or something 2.5-4-3-7 1T 283Mhz is the max for me.

You're gonna kill your ram running that much voltage.

BTW: Whats the best bios out right now to run TCCD on a DFI NF4? I just picked up a gig of LEs
The little air system that could.

623-3, sai give em a few days my sticks are so weird, one day I just decided to try 600 at 2.5-3-3-6 and it passed every single time, than I rebooted to try out windows got one run of pi 1m at that speed and it never ran at it again, just give it some time to burn in I suppose and add a fan to them, also what volts are you giving them?

2.8v and now I can't boot anymore in Dual Channel. I'm so ing sick and tired of DFI. I mean DFI nF2 was a pain in the ass, but THIS is just ridiculous...

What to do to even get it to boot with 2 sticks rofl ... and what makes me even more angry, I bet 100 people know how to handle this bug. That just shows what ing lame boards those are..
