When the rig BSOD's, I have probs booting maybe 25% of the time. When switching between "types" of ram, like tccd to UTT, I nearly ALWAYS have to start with one stick until I get a post then add the 2nd upon a shutdown/restart.

    You know that for a fact ? I would've guessed it's BH-5, considering:

    The MAX I've verified is 288.35mHz, 1.5-2-2-6 @ 3.8v I've seen 290+ at higher voltages.
AFAIK CH-5 is not too responsive at 3.8V and over. Charlie, could you please give 200Mhz 2-2-2 2.6V a try, to see if these are really BH-5 or not ?

What is that going to prove? CH-5 can do that too...we started seeing that with the later CH5 sticks on NF2...

Nope, ordered monday at around 10 am Central. I don't have a tracking number yet.

EDIT: On another note, the FedEx guy just came with some other goodies (DFI NF4 Ultra-D, X800XL, OCZ600W, and more)

I'm glad I bought it when I did, the price went from $239 to $255. I just can't seem to get these things to pass Memtest at 250MHz. Well, back to work.

When I ordered mine yesterday Morning, it was at $239....looks like they'd just readjusted it, should we expect the price to keep climbing? these stuff must be hot then!
