Yes it is , but you dont need 270-280mhz ram for an 24/7 setting.

so far not so good. 245@3.1v for one and 230@3.1v for the other. v increase makes no difference so i'll just burn em in. thing is even though they do this solo with no burn in if i put them in together @200 with the same timings i get mega errors. is it just my mem controller gone bad? i sure hope not cause i don't want to have to send this cpu back. if i have to that'll be like 2 weeks waiting for another to get back to me.

tested in all dimms individually also so it's not the dimms themselves either. this is not going well.

i've seen that doing the exact same thing on a NF3 250GB.. i think that's what u are using right? and still haven't found a solution to it.. 1 stick will run flawlessly.. but 2 stick gives a crap load of errors.. try different bios.. i'm not sure whether it'll help but it's a start

hey TEDY.. i'll get my friend with the geil UTT to post.. there's already a few links in the first page if i'm not mistaken.. just see those users

well this is not good. i tried the 10/15 bios and tic tacs 04/05, both to no avail. i don't want to go official cause then i'm limited to 3.2v's for future voltage experimentation. gonna let it run for a week and then just start burning in the ram. see what happens. unless i get impatient and try something else.

did you have a similar problem and this solved it for you? or is it just a suggestion? i'm going to be burning in the sticks later but right now for they give issues with both installed so i'm just running them stock with 2-2-2-6 timings to let them settle in hopefully.
