    since the xp120 is too big and risky,


    i get a XP90 and apply shims.





    In order to perform this right and professionally i had to.............. take everything apart.

    and take those black pads thingy outta my Applebread 1.6 and apply em on my dothan packaging...

    That thing is obscenely big - put it away!

    unfortunately the forum won't let me post the rest of my pics so i'll link it to the other forum that shows more about my toy. i'm now getting over 32,000 3dmark default xtpe clock. :banana4:

    IMHO the nice story with Dothan is you don't need huge heatsink and you can use a small noiseless cooler.
    In a first time I mounted on my DFI 855GME a Microcool NorthPole chipset cooler, but it was to noisy for me... now on my day use pc I use the Microcool CoolSystem 855. It is inside an Antec Aria case and so noiseless than you can understand the pc is turned on only from the hard disk noise.
