    Look at this,

It is a proof that is it BH5 - because only BH5 and TCCD can run 2-2-2-5 at LOW voltage.

    and results "max mhz" - 250 MHz 2-2-2-5 @ 3.36 V - 2x512 MB

Hope that Alonso will bring more results at higher voltage

Definately 16 chips. 8 chips would require double capacity for ICs (256Mbit vs. 512Mbit)

so is this how its gonna be:

    SpeedPremium 3200 = CH-5 UTT
    Non-SP 3200 = BH-5 UTT

So are they replacing the current AADT's with 1A4T's

    Hi all, first post
This forum is definitely where the hardcore action is, unlike our lame (oc)UK forums...

Just wondering, what is UTT short for?

A m8 of mine has some CH5 which did 275MHz 1:1 @ 3.6v. I'm not sure if it was stable but he was running a few benches with it, etc. These were 2 * 256MB, single sided modules I believe.

    Mach2 ST
    Abit IC7-MAX3 (no mods)

    Welcome s0ck,

I guess you'll soon be banned from OCUK forums when one of their guys reads that, the mods are bloody nazis at that place.

The definition of UTT is not certain, but it is believed to mean UnTesTed, as the speed binning seems to be the responsibility of the guys who are buying the ICs from Winbond.

    WELL
Infinion helped WinBond with there high producing technology (so they could assamble better ch-5 chips, 13nm tchnology is a bit harder to handle....) So these chips, produced by WinBond are actually WinBond/Infinion chips. Now you know, why they were able to push ch-5 up to their architecture-based limits. I love our german ingeneers
keep on assambling, WINBOND! WE LOVE YOUR CHIPS AND CHIPARCHITECTURE!

i'm sorry for my rather bad English

hehe, no problem Ron, it's better than my bad German

Somebody had to do something to get CH5 to perform so well. Glad they did.

Corsair prolly did some speedbinning (?)...Not every module of the orig. BH5 did tight DC250.
After looking at larger amounts of results we'll see have they optimised these new chips.

then it wouldn't make sense for them to start making BH-5 for them because it's a more costly chip then CH-5
