    Quick Review: G.skill Low-level pc3200 2-3-3-6

G.skill has intoduced new memory, for the low-level segment. It's not for the die-hard overclocking scene, so don't expect high overclockresults

    specifications

Here are my testresults on the low level 1gb (2x512DC) kit of G.skill.

With prime95 I can set higher speeds to run stable then the following maximum errorfree memtest-runs.

    Result with cl2.5 timings:

You can also see, that this memory is running best with a vdimm of 2.65-2.70 volt.

At stocklatencies, this memory has got a maximum overclock of 18 mhz (+9%):

This memory is pure a low-level product from G.skill, but can rise to ddr500 and above on cl2.5. When you are overclocking with this memory, it is very important to have a good airflow in your case:

This memory was tested on the following system:

    Motherboard: MSI K8N Neo2 Pl. k0411 (korean nf3 week46)
    Cpu: Amd64 winchester 3500+
    PSU: Tagan 480watt
Cooing: Air at the memory, watercooling at cpu
