    can all 0.13Micron CPU's do sub-zero and...

    1: can all socket 939 0.13Micron CPU's do sub-zero?

    because my Winchester cant on my DIF NF4 DR

    2: maybe a bios update can correct the sub-zero problem Winchester has on DIF NF4 DR?
