Is anyone running the new beta 1004 bios? Any word on what the changes are?

Improved 1T performance. With the 1004 beta, my Asus can hit 250 1:1 1T where it would crap out at about 230 before.

Hey do you know if you can exceed 270FSB async? I seem to hit a VERY hard barrier at exactly 270FSB running async.

I haven't tried async as my Gskill can do 1:1 up to 290 at CAS 2.5 3-7-3 1T (at least it could on my NEO 2). I'll have to try giving asyn a shot.

Well I gave it a shot and it looks like I am hitting multiple barriers at the 270FSB. I was actually able to hit 300FSB with an 8.5 multi and a ddr266 divider at 3x, but it was not a pretty sight.

Prime stable for about 10 miliseconds! I think its my CPU thats crapping out at ANYTHING beyond 2.43ghz which is pretty dissapointing. Its like it falls right on its face at ANYTHING beyond 2.43ghz.
