Does anyone know what the max 2x256 bh-5 would do at say around 4 volts? And with a fan right above them, how long would it last at that voltage?

I would say around 285 for benchable, 280 stable for run 3d mark stuff.
Have not tried prime95 or memtest on it yet.

He is recommending LE for 1gb kits because the LA 1gb kits are DDR600 @ 2t. The LE 1gb kits are DDR600 @ 1t.

LE is not rated at DDR600 1t in general !
However, from my NF4 based motherboard, I can definitely reach that high.
