that thing is AMAZING. It is beautiful, it is an ENGINEERING MASTERPIECE. It is the jewel we've ALL been waiting for.
    Notice to Asus/MSI/Abit>>>

DFI will own you all. Take a hint and start making REAL OC'er boards or you will lose th enthusiast market....period.

That molex connector is probably the same thing as the ASUS EZ Connector (or whatever it's called). For ASUS, that's what you use if you don't have the 4 pin 12V ATX connector.

So the question: When will we see this motherboard in the states? I plan on giving it a good home in a big Lian-Li with an Iwaki roommate.

Very intresting board - maybe best NF4. Better MEM divider than other boards and giant HTT, don't need the booster - it's "built in" and crazy Vcore of 2,1 - but we have to wait for its whole OC performance, I mean BIOS and bandwith and all the other stuff.

I'm looking forward to see if the DFI will clock better than NEO4...........

Oh I must get this mobo, but I'm going to wait for the new revision Winchesters. Plus I need to find a buyer for my AGP Geforce 6800GT.

    My guess:

    default/stock voltage for the RAM.

personally, not to say its crap, nothing close to that. but its not exactly a distant cousin to msi's design is it? yes much better voltage options, but most ath 64 boards are very very alike others and clock for clock its all about the cpu not what the board makers can do with the chipset.

Bios writing is pretty important, and we all hail oskar for his. But plenty nf3 150 and 250 boards could do great fsb. its more about the chip and the mem and getting a little lucky with the batches of both that you get in my opinion.

Infact, well talking from my standpoint, i'm happy with onboard sound/lan/most stuff, i need, if i'm being picky, one pci slot for my audigy 2, thats it. With 8 sata and two pata ports, you don't need pci raid, or lan, and if you want to capture video you do it on a cheap ass rig as it needs no power, theres few other uses for pci, also with zero availability of pci-e cards that aren't gfx i don't need a pci-e slot for anything but gfx, more space between cards is essential, and a little more space between gfx and cpu might go down better, can't quite tell but a tall topside insulation or heatsink on the upper most card could interfer with cpu cooling.

Difference with this board is the extra mile DFI went to ensure its a good quality board. That is, using high quality 6 layer pcb, really good japanese capacitors, sinking mosfets etc, most manufacturers dont do that.

and we've already seen this board is capable of 370mhz 1:1 (despite the crappy 3-6-6-12 ram timings)
