    A64 Tweaker settings ? Advice req'd

    Hey there guys...

I have a new Asus A8V Rev2 board thart doesnt seem happy with going above 240 fsb so I have just found this A64 Tweaker and wondered whether I was getting the most out of the memory and CPU... obviusly I havent increased the CPU Speed... Im just about to install my Mach II GT tho so that will change

Should I amend any of these settings for better performance , as I have never used the tweaker before ??

Maybe the problem is with the memory. Are you sure that it can run at 240 FSB ? Try setting the timings at 8-4-4-3, or setting the memory asynchronous at 200 FSB. The last idea that I've got is to add some more voltage to the chipset...

edit: Anyway, about what Tweaker are you talking about...

I think he's talking about "A64 tweaker". That is the name of the program. Guess what it does?

Here are my settings for tight timings on Bh5.

There are a few things you can set ontop of this to get them even tighter, but this is the most my ram will do with good stability.

Might be usefull to know these if your CPU/board is the limitation not the ram itself.
