looks nice...should give nice stable Vcore...hopefully. Layout is pretty good, altho I would have prefered the SATA connectors up farther and and the right edge of the board. But otherwise thats a nice board. Must hope its another NEO 2 in terms of overclocking.

    BIOS Core Cell:

    CPU FSB may adjust 400Mhz

    HT percentage:

May adjust upward perhaps to under 8&16,This adjustment has stable OC the effect !

    DRAM timing parameter: Really complex!

    The FSB : DRAM ratio

    1T/2T Option

    Dynamic OC frequency

    NV/ATi Speed Up

SATA Spread Spectrum(SATA II > SATA)

    PCI-E Spread Spectrum((16X > ?)

    SSE/SSE2 Instructions.....about SSE3?

    CPU frequency multiplication option

    CPU V-core min 0.825v

    CPU V-core max 1.55v

    But V-core set 1.55v*1.1(10%)=1.705V max

    V-dimm max 2.85v

    AGP voltage? ? Or PCI-E 16X voltage?

    PCI fix frequency 33.3Mhz

    OK!! BIOS OC overview

Looks like the older sata1 3114 silicon image controller. Wonder why they didn't use the newer 3124 sata2 one?

I'd like to see a shootout between this board and the DFI NF4 when they're released. The BIOS options looks really good on the MSI (I wish they would have considered implementing these options on the Neo2). But if the DFI 754 is an indication of anything, the 939 board will have BIOS options galore that will keep most tweakers up all night. The Holidays looks to be a very promising time for us to look forward to.

yep, looks like these boards will be alittle more than just AMD64 boards w/ PCI-E. More boards with more tweaks and more ways to overclock. Ya! Go MSI, DFI, and all the like. As for SSE3 thats more of a chip funtion than a board funtion. We'll have to wait for the...I believe its the rev. E chips for that. PCI-E, and more on its way. AMD's got it going good and they'll be sticking to it, it appears.

    That's the spirit!!

Nice BIOS-layout ... now how good it clocks?? :-)
if this is your first night in xtremesystems,
    you have to overclock.

This nf4 chip is" ENG SAMPLE" The A02 edition, beginning of next year will sell the edition could be above A03 (because A02 will carry out nTUNE... no to be stable)

slightly tests OC 300MHz the ability

    run SUPER PI 1M

Similar condition OC 310MHz (DDR620), felt is good more advantageous than NEO2 to overclock!

At present clockgen has not supported NEO4, so only can use the BIOS adjustment

don't suppose you would have any freon equipement like a Mach 2 or Vapochill LS to test it on?

There lots of users on here who cannot use their Winchester core cpu's correctly with the current s939 boards (especially the Neo2) so it would be great to know if the Neo4 works correctly at sub zero temps!
