Before you go all out, I suggest you check on your vapor phase cooling to see if it reboots fine, boots fine etc. At least after CMOS reset, I was able to boot up when I was -50c or south. However, if I save anything in bios... it just won't boot. This sympton didn't exist above -10c. What do you think is threshold for stock air cooling in S. Cal at this time of year? :P killing time with air while I am getting my A8V to see if this one will boot sub 40...
