    Need help with V-modding a v9999le/td

    After I realized that the biosmod didn't work on my card I started to inform about the hardmod. I searched for the ISL65.. on the rear of my card but it isn't there. So I looked for it at the front. Same thing the ISL is missing.
    Maybe that's the reason why biosmod didn't work on that card.
    I've taken a closer look at the chips on the card and found two that looks like they've something to do with it:

    1st: FIT F75375S 6423LAB F60155.3
    I googled and found out that this one is for the FAN-controll (not sure)

    2th: f P46S0 74ACT08
    I think that's the one I'm looking for. I've found the Datasheet but I'm not really skilled with that electronic stuff

    It would be nice if anyone can have a look on the datasheet
    maybe it's equal to the ISL or can be modded otherwise.

    I tried to make some pictures but my cam sucks. Will try it again when I can get a better one. The two chips are under the left heatsink. Don't know what's below the right (I'm sure it's not the ISL because it only got 7legs.), will remove it if someone could tell me that it isn't the 74ACT08.

    Any help is welcome, thanks!

    I found one, and I was wrong.
    The right chip with the 7 legs is the ISL6522CB that
    provides Vddq voltage.

    Pin5 (FB) -> 20-100k VR -> GND

    and the chip under the heatsink parallel to Capacitator provides Vcore.

    Pin6 (FB) -> 20-100k VR -> GND
