Corsair CMX 512MB 3200C2PRO... Latency!

This memory by default has 2-3-3-6 of latency. Someone knows if I can get it better than factory's default.

I need it at 400mhz, nothing more. It's for a Athlon 64 3200+ (NC), so in this case which is faster: 2-2-2-5 or 2-2-2-10?

I have heard about them two and I'm just confused

On AMD64 systems it likes 10 better than any other pretty much on most clocks. I did some testing and it was minimal at stock speeds. But at stock speeds 5 was slighty better. But at my high FSB clocks it loves 10. So give it 10! LoL!
