    Direct qoute from "Worm"
"The SystemInfo in 3DMark/PCMark collects all info about your system, and
if you disable services, there is a chance that the SystemInfo doesn't
work properly. I am not sure which components/services it uses, but most
    probably some very common one(s)."

just wanted to say that they dont need to use a service to get those informations because you can learn fsb of you cpu at that time without even using a system dll but who knows they can also use a service to do that

and if i am not wrong it gets all those informations when the application start because if i change for example my gpu speed after running 3dmark it cant detect that

true but if it gathers it on exec anything you do after starting 3dmark wouldn't be reflected.
I'll get to the botom of it one way or another. I asked worm if he'd look into it.
