I know of no builders in Israel. I believe there was a guy in Iraq that posted a few builds here a year back or two. This being a primarily English speaking forum likely doesn't lend itself well to that region of the globe. Most of the builders here are based in North America, Europe, Australia, and a scattering of tinkerers in South America and Asia.
