Im finally finishing my loop up, and going from my pa160 to pump its a pretty tight bend. Now there isnt a kink to the extent where the walls are touching each other, its actually not even a kink just the tubing isnt as round as a straight piece. Its very minimal but im worried this will cause a problem. How much is really a problem? I would take a pic but my phone camera sucks.

probably be fine...do you have any smartcoils or zip ties you could use to straighten it out more?

no kink, even a little one is better...
you could remedy or prevent it with a bunch of zip ties or smart coils if you want.
