damn, what should i do now, mine abit is broken for the moment and wanted a new board as soon as possible but with the asus v-dropping like hell my cpu will never be stable at 3.8ghz at no v mod.

well if you're interested in this board, then definitely give it a try. who knows, the bios option might work for you. and if not, i'm sure a vdroop mod will be found soon enough

why not buy Asus P5K Deluxe and use that that vcore option in bios since it works properly

hi mate

i would say it's about the same or a little cooler if anything

it is very hard to tell you as i haven't really used it in a case yet to be able to tell

but i think it's certainly not much different to P965

i like the way they mounted this cooler....seems to be sitting better than other one but i haven't taken it off yet to check

i did confirm 520MHz on this board as well as you can see the screenshot on the first page with 32M run

asus probe reports on rails and CPU vcore
asus also has another software package (forgot the name) which actually reports the vdimm but it seems to report whatever is set in bios

i normally don't trust any of that until i see it for myself with DMM

i wasn't going for speedy runs yet but it should be about the same

problem with those runs is that i have no memset so it's hard to know how crappy all the timings are and subtimings can affect it a bit if really out of whack
