OC advice -- CPU-Z results included

I guess the results show it all except for the voltage for some reason. Its set at 1.4 in the BIOS. For some reason its throttling down to 2.4GHz (400*6) when idle even though I don't see a place to enable/disable that throttling. I had to run DVD Shrink to get CPU-Z to show the full 3.2GHZ with the right FSB and multi setting. Can someone give me some advice on what I might be able to do to either improve the OC or memory timings? Many thanks.

You still got EIST and co enabled so it reduces the multiplier to 6, multiplied by your 400FSB it will give 2400mhz
Question : Why do some overclockers switch into d*ckmode when money is involved

Remark : They call me Pro Asus Saaya yupp, I agree
