DFI Infinity NF UltraII-M2 an 6000+

    hey guys,

just got a new config: the DFI Infinity NF UltraII-M2 motherboard and an X2 6000+

I was wondering about my Vcore. My stable config is 12x267 = 3204Mhz with 1.425V in BIOS.

idle CPU-z tells me, that my VCore ist 1.408V, if only one core is stressed a little bit then 1.424V and on full load (prime95) i have 1.440V.

Usually DFI board (like Ultra-D with the NF4) dont overvolt ... so i guess its just a mistake by CPU-Z.

Does anyone of you know where i could measure the Vcore myself with a multimeter?

I have the same board, but don't know where to measure. My voltage also goes up a little while under load (between 1.55 and 1.58 volts) but seems to not affect stability. I think it is normal.

PS: If you hit an overclocking wall, try using "clockgen". I got an extra 300mhz using it.

    But ,it's a best mobo.411 FSB sure ,i did it .With X 8.

Try to measure Vcore near mosfets or near some caps.

Wow, that looks cool, I hope to get my X2 4000+ over 3GHz too once It arrives. I've lost faith in my current X2 3800+ because I can get it over 2.7GHz stable. I run @ 2.66GHz 24/7 stable at the moment. But I want more, and more. Maybe I need a new mobo.
