    negative vdroop?

I recently pencil modded my p5b deluxe. Before penciling the resistor, i had a vdroop of .12, after i had a vdroop of -.008

Is that ok to have a negative vdroop?

I still have to set it to 1.63xx volts to get 1.6v, but the vdroop is gone

it sounds fine. It seems there's some slight variation in how the boards behave though. I penciled it until around 5k (or was it 500 I don't remember) but eitherway, I get pretty much spot on at all times. Setting 1.5v gets me 1.494v idle and 1.504 load or something like that.

i think that only variation is caused by the resistance, accidently I had my at 14.5 just like eva2000 and when i compare his sheet we get exactly the same voltages....on another note i love the voltage getting raised when under load

ya i see youre on water so not much airflow, although i dont have any sinks on the vregs, and with a tower hsf they get pretty hot but nothing crazy. Mosfets are not that hot and caps and colis dont mind such high temps...also is cooling on them was really needed why would asus put it only on one set and not on the ones above the cpu...

You should have no problems with this happening. I did the same thing on my P5N-E mobo. If you're really worried about it then just use an eraser and take off a bit of your marks until its dead 0. Be careful not 2 wipe the eraser on anything else tho.
