Yes and no, you'll need to boot with a stick of el cheapo ram and then change volts to get it working.

Anyone know my I can't do 433FSB x 9 with my E6600? I increased vcore to 1.5725, NB to 1.6 and FSB termination to 1.45 and its still not stable. I can boot into windows but orthos failed and restarted in 1 sec

Deam that is 3.9GHz you must have to expensive cooling and to much good CPU, and litle more to increase voltage.

Hmmm thats curious, sounds the same as mine (week 42's) I also find that if I have a failed overclock the commando just will not recover while the Cellshocks are in. Doesn't happen with my HZ's or at least less so. I wonder what I'm doing differently.

is def. voltage to low on your commando? or your cellshocks need 2v or higher to
    boot.

Shows as 1.84v at bios defaults, thing is I had the same problem with my P5WDG2 WS Pro. The sticks clock great (467MHz 3-3-3 @ 2.45v) but just struggle at low volts, very odd behaviour. I think it's better that I take the issue up with MSC and see if they know anything about this or have any ideas.

    Multi 8x is 560
multi 6 is 576 no problem, its not cpu becouse it did 572x9 already on the p5b.

did you try at higher multi?

    edit:
vcore above 1.80v results in lowering the vcore
    example:
    1.80 @bios = 1.77
    1.85 @bios = 1.70

so max to get unmodded is 1.77 real vcore.
Sorry i've not the processor to have 590X9 .

This 6600 is really fun for aircooling , you can give it 1.77V with 1.80 bios as you said, even with aircooling .
For the 557FSB Pi shot, i was at this vcore

    This chip is so special.

Yes, there's some bug to be fixed, this board is not perfect yet.
